Terms of Purchase

General

These terms of purchase apply to all purchases made in PatrikA's webshop. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Order and payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is not in stock or if a technical error occurs. Payment is made at the time of purchase.

Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 14 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on stock and shipping method. You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Consumer Sales Act, as a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received your item. The item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Complaints

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days. We will rectify the fault in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
